In the unlikely event that you aren't happy with the service that you have received from us then please communicate this to the Solicitor dealing with your matter in the first instance. If the Solicitor dealing with your matter cannot promptly resolve your concerns then it will be dealt with as a formal complaint pursuant to our complaints policy, which involves an investigation of the concerns by a senior member of our firm. We will then write to you within 8 weeks setting out our final response to the complaint and how you can pursue your concerns further if you do not agree with our proposed resolution/outcome.
You may be able to complain to the Legal Ombudsman if you remain dissatisfied about our service. You can find more information on the Legal Ombudsman website: www.legalombudsman.org.uk.
